Proposed Bylaw Changes

The Government of Alberta - under the Societies Act requires organizations authorized under the act to maintain current bylaws. Our existing bylaws are out of date and must be brought up to current standards.

The proposed bylaws have been prepared by the Executive Board of the Leduc West Antique Society and are presented HERE for your review prior to a vote to adopt the changes at the next Annual General Meeting of the Society to be held on April 3rd, 2023.
