Dear Vendor;

The Leduc West Antique Society will be sponsoring three major events for the year 2003 at the Alberta Heritage Exposition Park. If you are a return vendor we welcome you back and appreciate you support. If you are a new vendor we welcome you to our events and hope you have successful sales.

The first event "Antiques in the Country" will be held on May 24. This is a sale of antiques and collectibles ONLY . Time will be from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. An auction sale may be held in conjunction with this event - if there are enough items donated. Set up time between 7:45 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.

The second event is the "Leduc West Antique Annual Exposition" on July 26th & 27th . This event allows for more flexibility. In addition to antiques & collectibles, we allow crafts, woodwork, etc. The time open will be from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Set-up time Friday 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. or Saturday 7:45a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

The third event is the "Country Harvest" on September 13. There will be antiques, collectibles, crafts, woodwork, produce, etc. The time will be from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Set-up 7:45 a.m. -9:45 a.m. There is a possibility this may become a two day event.

We reserve the right to refuse a vendor if the goods are not suitable for the event.

To help streamline the payment, we ask you to please enclose a separate cheque for each event with your application. If due to unforeseen circumstances the event is cancelled or it is impossible for you to attend, you will have your cheque returned for that event.

We have three main areas from which vendors sell.

(1) Founder's Gallery - a 50" x 100' steel building, painted cement floor, lighting, plug-ins, snack concession, display of artifacts along one wall.
(2) Engine Building - a 40' x 100' steel building, wall to wall carpet, lighting, plug-ins, display of stationary engines & other artifacts along one wall.
(3) Outdoors - along the north wall of the Founder's Gallery and along west side of Vintage Iron street.

After you unload your goods you will park your vehicle in the parking lot south of the Founder's Gallery. The vendors selling from their motor homes will be charged an additional $20.00 to have it parked in the sales area.

There is no admission charge for vendors. You will receive two buttons per vendor. This allows you access for the whole event.
